Free delivery above $200 (excluding Tuas & Sentosa)

Standard Islandwide Shipping: $10 nett

Tuas/Sentosa Shipping: $20 nett

DELIVERY TIMING

We usually deliver within 12 hours!

Wave 1: 1pm to 5pm, last order at 11am SHARP

Wave 2: 6pm to 11pm, last order at 5pm SHARP

PAYMENT METHODS

Strictly COD only.

If the driver reaches and you have no cash, the driver will leave and the parcel won’t be delivered.

Our drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicle, so no door to door delivery is allowed.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT

Any exchange or replacement of device is only allowed within 3 days from date of purchase WITH A VALID REASON.

Any exchange or replacement of pods is only allowed within 1 WEEK from date of purchase WITH A VALID REASON.

Please take a VIDEO WHEN OPENING your parcel, showing ALL the items received. In the event of any missing items, this VIDEO acts as proof that the parcel was poorly packed and hence allowing the claim of missing goods.


NO EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT, CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED WITHOUT A PROPERLY TAKEN VIDEO SHOWING CLEARLY OF THE FOLLOWING:


🔴 FULLY INTACT parcel with no cuts/holes
🔴 OPENING OF PARCEL in video showing all items received in video
🔴 NO motion blur and shakes
